Sales Coordinator (Contract Position)

Beceem is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to provide customer inside sales service and support for customers worldwide. This is an addition to our current staff. The activities and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage customer order activity including customer expedites, pull-ins and changes
  • Manage and process customer shipment activity
  • Produce weekly sales/activity reports
  • Coordinate with Operations for customer schedules; communicate schedules with customers
  • Invoice customers for shipments
  • Interact with various levels of management within Operations, Finance and Marketing
  • Process and manage customer RMA’s
  • Manage customer forecasts • Generate customer price quotes
  • Manage distributor POS and inventory reports
  • Process sample requests
  • Manage customer NDA’s, RDK’s and similar contracts

Required Experience, Skills and Training
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience; semiconductor industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated effective customer service and team player skills
  • Experience with ERP systems such as: Great Plains, SaaS, Oracle, SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively multi-task under pressure
  • Detailed orientated and organized
  • Ability to prioritize schedules and meet deadlines
  • High school grad with relevant college course work or equivalent experience
  • Chinese language skills a big plus
